Refund policy

Because each envelope is made of paper, ink, and time, our approach is simple: we would rather make things right than make things complicated.

Subscriptions. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription page in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not interrupt envelopes already paid for. For prepaid plans (6 or 12 months), we will refund any months that have not yet been mailed if you email us within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged or missing envelopes. If your envelope arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, we will replace it at no charge. Just email us within 30 days of the mailing date.

Returns. Because these are personal, paper goods, we do not accept returns. If something is wrong with what you received, tell us and we will fix it.
